The $944,000 project is located at 2265 River Run Dr. John Rumsey of MPA Architectural Group designed the 28,214 sf of renovations. Completion is slated for mid-October.
Mark Youngkin is project manager for Bycor and Andy Teclaw is the superintendent. The owner, Atlantic & Pacific, is being represented by Julie Smith of Big Creek Construction along with Sherrill Swanson and Jeannie Lu, community managers for River Run Village.
