In the Denver area, Jones Lang LaSalle leases and manages an office and industrial portfolio of approximately 6 million sf.
Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Nesbitt was general counsel and director of business affairs for USA Basketball in Colorado Springs. He was in charge of all legal and business matters of USA Basketball, the national governing body for basketball. The group selects and supports the men's and women's Olympic basketball teams.
Prior to joining USA Basketball in 1996, Nesbitt was a senior associate with Rivkin, Radler & Kremer, a Chicago-based law firm. There, he was involved in commercial litigation and corporate work. Nesbitt had extensive experience in real estate, employment and transactional law at Rivkin.
Nesbitt received his law degree from UCLA in 1991. He also received an MBA in finance from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois in 1987. In law school, he was chairman of the Black Law Students Association.
