Produce Exchange Signs $906,935 Lease

CHULA VUSTA, CA-The produce distribution company will build out its space at the South Bay Distribution Center as a refrigeration center. Work will begin next month.

The Produce Exchange will build out the space as a refrigeration center. Work will begin next month. Move-in is scheduled to move into the space in February of 2002.

Burnham's Tim Mills represented the lessor, South Bay Distribution Center. Chris Holder of Burnham represented the lessee.
