The Halpern-designed striking scheme, to be called Aurum, will consist of four buildings surrounding a central water feature with 727 car parking spaces. The buildings, ranging in size from 35,000 sf to 60,000 sf will have either a double height reception or a feature atrium.
Helmwall Holdings is developing the £50 million scheme in conjunction with Cirrus Properties and Thorstone Land and Property. Letting agents for Aurum are GVA Grimley and Woodford & Company.
