The Legends at Ridgeview Ranch consists of 48 two-story buildings and a single-story leasing office and clubhouse building. The complex is situated on 33.8 acres adjacent to the Ridgeview Ranch Golf Course.

In another multifamily deal, Oakwood Property Co. of Dallas bought the 320-unit Brookhollow Apartments in El Paso. The property has undergone significant rehabilitation at the behest of the city. The upgrades pushed occupancy to 96% at sale time.
Ross Love, a Henry S. Miller Commercial vice president, represented Oakwood in the acquisition. John Shirey of Legacy Commercial negotiated the pact for seller, Brookhollow Enterprises Inc.
