Mark Preston and Steve Rocher of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office handled negotiations for both pacts on behalf of 1001 McKinney Venture LP, an entity of USAA Real Estate Co. and Levcor Inc. The 54-year-old office structure totals 371,857 sf.

Law firm, Royston, Rayznor, Vickery & Williams LLP will take 20,001 sf in the office building. Charles Gordon with Trione & Gordon Oncor International represented the law firm.

Johnson, Radcliffe & Petrov LLP, another law firm, leased 12,835 sf in the historic building. John Richardson with Office Advisors represented the tenant.

Mark Preston tells GlobeSt.com in May 2001 that the historic building's grand facade is particularly appealing to medium-size businesses such as law firms. Other tenants include Sanchez Oil & Gas Corp., SalvageSale.com and Franklin, Cardwell, Jones.
