Nikola and Nada Milicevic are the new owners of the Alden Farris Auto Body Center, which will continue to be used as a vehicle repair service. Tim Mills of Burnham Real Estate Services' San Diego office negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer and seller, the James B. and June M. Taylor Trust.
Burnham also has offices in La Jolla, Carlsbad, South County and Orange County. Founded in 1891, the firm employs more than 160 real estate professionals.
