The first-class office building, located about 10 miles from Boston and close to Route 93, was built in 1988 and houses a number of tenants, including Fidelity Investments, MetLife and Verizon. Cushman & Wakefield's Christopher Phaneuf, who was involved in the transaction, did not return calls by press time, but he said in a released statement that these tenants, "attest to the desirability of the building and its location."
In addition to Phaneuf, Peter Joseph and Jim Belli of Cushman & Wakefield's Financial Services Group, in conjunction with J.P. Plunkett of the firm's Brokerage Services Group, represented the seller and procured SunLife. The company has retained Plunkett as its leasing agent for the building.
