He will use his 15 years of experience to help corporations establish strategic real estate programs, including disposition, acquisition and leasing of facilities, land and build-to-suit projects.

Kloiber was senior vice president in the industrial services and corporate services groups of Grubb & Ellis' Southfield office. He handled more than 225 transactions valued at more than $620 million after joining the firm 1989, and was the Detroit office's top producer annually from 1994 through 1999.
