Depot America specializes in the repair of computer printers. Principal Joseph Costa characterizes his firm as "a recycling company. We disassemble printers and rebuild the components most likely to wear out, and then reassemble them." The company will use about 20,000 sf for its headquarters operations, and the rest for its assembly operations.
Monmouth Investors I is an alliance between Bollerman Development Corp. and Riveroak Investment Corp., a Stamford, CT-based real estate investment banking firm. The Allaire Corporate Center is master-planned for just under 250,000 sf of class A office and flex space on 31 acres. The Depot America deal follows the recent leasing of 35,000 sf of freestanding space by Dialight Corp.
