Bertha Starr Trust sold the building to Gallade. Jay Alexander and Daniel Knoke of Colliers International and Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker represented both parties in the transaction.
Gallade Enterprises, a distribution company, purchased the property as an investment and also plans to occupy the building as vacancies become available. It was built in 1978. Major tenants include QED, Qualex, and Patio Playhouse.
