Lab Inks $2.55 Mil Lease Deal

SAN DIEGO-The Shidler Group continues the leasing frenzy at its growing local portfolio, signing a clinical lab business to a nearly five-year deal.

Laboratory Corporation signed the deal for space at 10788 Roselle St. in the Peppertree Business Park with building owner The Shidler Group.

The Shidler Group represented itself in the transaction. Laboratory Corporation of America was represented by Michael Kim of Julien J. Studley, Inc.
