The three-story, class A asset has a tenant roster that includes TD Waterhouse Securities, UNRISC, Advance Enterprises and Industrial Procurement Services. The building is located adjacent to IBEW Local 164's existing headquarters, and plans call for Local 164 to relocate its administrative offices into 16,000 sf at 205 Robin Rd. by early next year. The space being vacated in its current headquarters building will be taken by the Local's Joint Apprenticeship Training Center.
"This acquisition allows us to continue to pursue our growth objective with regard to our member and contractor management services and programs," according to Local 164 business manager Richard Dressel. Local 164 has more than 3,400 members in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties in New Jersey, and IBEW has over 800,000 members worldwide.
