The hotel, with an estimated value of more than $30 million, will be built on 8 acres. It will include 12,514-sf of meeting space, a full-service restaurant and lounge with a private dining room, an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.

Construction is scheduled to begin later this summer and is expected to open in October 2002.

''A full-service hotel such as the Marriott is a significant enhancement for the southeast Denver market," says C. Dean Patrinely, CEO of the Patrinely Group. ''ParkRidge Corporate Center and the area in general will greatly benefit from this new regional amenity.''

ParkRidge Corporate Center currently has three buildings with a total of 510,000 sf. American Century Investments, Time Warner Telecom, Mutual of New York Insurance and Morgan Stanley are among the companies there.

PatrinelyGroup is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Houston-based Crimson Capital Ltd. White Lodging Service's portfolio includes 69 hotels throughout the U.S., including eight in the Denver area.
