Florida Power Pays $1.12 Per SF for Service Center Site

MAITLAND, FL-Headwest Inc. of Orlando sold the 18.8-acre parcel at North Street and Route 27 in suburban Longwood, FL for $950,000 in a deal handled by Realvest Partners Inc.

The utility plans to develop a new service center on the site formerly owned by Headwest Inc. of Fort Myers, FL. Paul P. Partyka and Steve DeWitt of Maitland, FL-based Realvest Partners Inc. represented Headwest. David Murphy of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated for Florida Power.
