Steven M. Schultz, a principal of the Schultz Organization, and associate Jonathan Horn were responsible for closing the sales transaction. According to Schultz, "the sale of this facility to Direct Success is another sign of the strength of the Monmouth and Ocean County market. Even with all of the recent corporate cutbacks and consolidations, this region shows vacancy levels below 6%."
