Dan Lorimer, a former key executive at North American Title, snags the post of vice president at Chicago Title in the move. Also on board are Joycelyn Armstrong, a recognized closer in the region, and Rebecca Conrad, commercial counsel.

Lorimer will focus on sales and marketing while Armstrong will assume closing duties. As commercial counsel, Conrad too will be assisting in closing and underwriting. The three represent a combined 50 years' experience in the title-closing industry in the metroplex. The Dallas-area office handles transactions on local, state and national levels and is one of five in the Chicago Title hierarchy dedicated to the commercial market.

At Wyndham International Inc., Philip A. Gosch has been hired as vice president and assistant general counsel. Gosch will be responsible for real estate, investment, finance, project development, acquisitions, dispositions, leases and joint ventures. Gosch previously worked for seven years with Cahill Gordon & Rendel in New York, where he specialized in real estate transactions.
