DENVER-TTD LLC of California gets its asking price for the six-story, 63,900-sf Turnpike Tower office building at 7474 Dakin St., just off the intersection of Pecos Street and US 36. GPA Tower LLC is the buyer.
Garrette Matlock, the Marcus & Millichap broker, says the six-story building is one of the few mid-rise buildings in the area. It was built in 1974 and was 89% leased at the time of sale. Matlock says he sold it at the asking price.
TTD LLC of California was the seller.
