Former Fulton County commissioner Michael Hightower and developer Douglas Crawford formed the commercial development and planning company in Atlanta's affluent office, entertainment and residential district eight miles from Downtown.
Hightower hopes his 20 years in public office and Crawford's 30 years as a real estate investor will generate client leads at a time when Atlanta's commercial market is in a sluggish mode.
