The building, which sits on more than 6 acres, is located on Victory Drive in the township, a rural area west of Detroit with a growing residential and commercial base, thanks to new water and sewer installations.
The buyer is expected to use the building as a body shop for Krug LincolnMercury.
The sales team included Jon Savoy, senior vice president and Greg Hundersmarck of the industrial services group at Grubb and Ellis.
