The building will sit on a 10.12-acre site acquired from CenterPoint Properties Trust, the largest industrial REIT in the Chicago market, earlier this year. Construction is scheduled to begin before fall and completion is expected in the second quarter of 2002.

Delta-Unibus is a subsidiary of Houston-based Powell Industries, Inc. The company makes custom switches, metering packages, power conductors and bus accessories for gas and old producers, refineries, petrochemical plants, utilities, paper mills and transportation companies.
