Upon completion in 2002, the Life Time Fitness Rochester Hills Sports and Fitness Resort will be one of 26 complexes the company owns and operates nationwide, and the fourth introduced to the Michigan market. Other facilities are in Novi, Shelby Township and Troy.
The facility will be open 24 hours a day and feature 200,000 sf of amenities that include retail space for sale of the company's products, a deli, a spa and salon, tennis courts and pro shop, four outdoor and twoindoor pools, full-size basketball, volleyball, racquetball and squash courts, three rock climbing walls, weight and resistance equipment rooms and two fitness studios.
