Open Book is housed in three contiguous, historic warehouse buildings on Washington Avenue between the University of Minnesota's West Bank and Downtown Minneapolis. It is a forerunner in the redevelopment of this area, preserving historic structures as well as fragments from the past uses of the buildings.
