The Memphis-based tenant will use the site for a regional distribution hub. West by Northwest Industrial Center 15 is a single-story building totaling 101,735 sf that is owned by ProLogis Trust. Julien J. Studley Inc.'s Houston office represented the tenant in its bid to expand its regional distribution operations. Building Plastics also has distribution centers in Mobile, AL, Little Rock, AR, New Orleans, Jackson, MS, Memphis, Nashville, Dallas and San Antonio.
Julian J. Studley's Lispah Hogan, vice president and Houston branch manager, and Jim Nelms, senior managing director in Dallas, handled talks for the tenant. ProLogis Trust used in-house senior marketing representative, Art Barkley, as its negotiator.
