The value of the contracts wasn't disclosed. Both are class B properties in metro Tampa, 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

Adams is handling both properties. Average asking rents at Lakeside are $16 per sf to $16.50 per sf. At Benjamin Center, the rent range is $7.50 per sf to $8.50 per sf.

Lakeside Technology Center, built from 1980 through 1986 at the intersection of Idlewild and Hoover Boulevards, is 77% leased. Among the tenants are Bank of America, AIG and Amherst SE.

Benjamin Center VII and IX were constructed in 1989 at 5706 and 5910 Benjamin Center Drive. No. VII is 70% leased; No. IX, 100% leased. The tenant roll includes Sprint Corp., Anacomp and Trader Publishing Co.
