The project's developer, Oppidan Investment Co., is contributing its services-- Joe Ryan, a principal in Oppidan, is incoming president of the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association, which is one of several community groups that will share the hockey arena with the high school. RSP Architects of Minneapolis is designing the project while Kraus Anderson Construction Co. in Minneapolis is the general contractor.
