Houston AEROS renewed 7,770 sf of in a building situated at 3100 Wilcrest in the Westchase submarket while Heritage Health Services will settle into 5,036 sf at One Northchase Park.
Yvonne Conklin of Kennedy-Wilson Properties represented building owner, SnyerMark Westchase Ltd. in the AEROS renewal. Conklin tells GlobeSt.com that this location houses the hockey team's corporate offices. Descant acted on behalf of the hockey team.
Heritage Health Services is moving into Caldwell Watson's 85,215-sf, One Northchase Park building, located at 4201 FM 1960 in the northwest submarket. Descant served as an in-house representative for Cornerstone Northchase Venture LP, a Caldwell Watson Entity. Henry Santamaria of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office acted on behalf of Heritage Health.
