Additional requirements for the forum include 10 or more years of industry experience and one or more of association membership. The forum was developed to provide senior-level networking and experience exchange. The developers' forum is one of 14.
Yancey founded Yancey-Hausman in 1971 with partner Craig R. Hausman. The firm is based in Houston and has offices in Austin and Dallas. Yancey-Hausman owns at least 13 office buildings in Houston including the 155,000-sf Offices at Park Ten. Yancey-Hausman also owns four office buildings in Austin in addition to other retail, industrial and medical holdings.
