In an unrelated sales transaction, Tajian Enterprises Inc. has purchased 45,742 sf of land that is targeted for an automotive center. The site is located at Texas 6 Easton Commons in northwest Houston's Copperfield area. Keith P. Grothaus of Caldwell Watson represented the seller, Terry S. Ward. Keith Edwards, also of Caldwell Watson, represented the buyer.
Caldwell Watson specializes in the northwest submarket of Houston. Its high-profile clients include Dynegy, Exxon, and ProLogis Trust.
