The second transaction, also originated by Larson, is a $2 million package for Five Mountainview Plaza, a 122,197-sf, five-story office building in Hoboken, NJ. The financing was provided through Canada Life Assurance Company, an LFR correspondent.

LFR, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mineola, NY-based PW Funding, is a commercial loan correspondent for Canada Life, Berkshire Life, American Equity Investment Life and ING. LFR also originates Fannie Mae DUS multifamily financing.
