SAN DIEGO-The Department of General Services, representing the Department of Parks and Recreation, has signed a six-year lease for 9,388 sf of office space near Mission Valley.
The Shidler Group was the lessor in the deal for space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 270, in the Rio Vista Building.
The deal is valued at nearly $1.5 million. Both sides in the transaction represented themselves.
