Johnson & Jennings General Contracting has completed tenant improvement construction for the $9 million office improvement project at 4401 Eastgate Mall. Sunroad Enterprises is the owner of the two four-story buildings.
The law firm of Cooley Godward will occupy all four floors in building four and the two top floors in building three, totaling more than 135,000 sf of space. Howard Sneed Architecture & Design is the interior architect.
