Wheel Pro's Inc. leased 10,240 sf of warehouse and storage space for its after-market wheels and tires business from Kessler & Kessler of California. The Denver-based business moved into a 40,000-sf building at 3400 Thomas Rd. in Oklahoma City in a five-year deal negotiated by Trey Fricke of Henry S. Miller Commercial's Dallas office. It is the first Oklahoma location, Fricke says. The after-market seller leasing the Oklahoma site has about 22,000 sf in the Great Southwest Industrial Park.

Worldwide Environmental Products Inc., a distributor for environmental testing equipment for vehicle emissions, has settled into 3,584 sf at 805 W. North Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie's section of the Great Southwest Industrial Park. It's the first location in Texas for the California-based distributor, Brian W. Wilson of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial's Arlington office, tells GlobeSt.com. The company also is looking for distribution space in Houston.

Wilson and Henry S. Miller Commercial's David R. Dunn and Larry G. Rodgers represented the tenant in the long-term lease talks. Bradford Management Co. Inc., the asset manager, used in-house representation in the negotiations for building owner, Alexander & Baldwin Inc.

In a lease renewal, ACT Precision Sheet Metal inked a pact for 14,400 sf at 4829 Top Line in Dallas. Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented building owner, Mercantile-Quaker LLC while Todd Jones of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services' Dallas office negotiated on the tenant's behalf.
