The Orange County-based furniture retailer has inked a $1-million deal to occupy 11,000 sf. The new store will be located at 16366 Westminster Blvd. Slated to open its doors later this month, it will be the newest of Easy Life's three stores. Easy Life also has locations in Laguna Hills and Brea.
A Grubb & Ellis brokerage team from the firm's Newport Beach office represented Easy Life. The landlord, Los Angeles-based MRES America Fund, was also represented by the Grubb & Ellis team, consisting of Mark Baziak, Ian Brown and Walter Pagel.
Meanwhile, Orange County-based retailer Styles for Less also signed a lease recently, bagging a 77,640-sf facility in Santa Fe Springs. The retailer inked a $5.3-million deal for the industrial building, which will serve as the company's corporate headquarters.
