Two more phases could be built with townhome-style units. The first phase's estimated value is $49.7 million.
Monthly rents will range from $1,074 for efficiency to $2,894 for a two-level townhome unit.
Eventually, more than 1,500 units are anticipated to be built in the Central Platte Valley, with a completed value of more than $1 billion.
