Dick Rudolph, formerly vice president of leasing for the Etkin Johnson Group, one of the most aggressive locally-based investor and developer of commercial real estate, is the new senior vice president of Colorado operations for Means-Knaus. Rudolph directed and marketing and leasing for more than 4.5 million sf of commercial real estate for Etkin Johnson.
In addition, Wendy C. Williams, a 20-year veteran in the industry, is now serving as the vice president of property services for Means-Knaus. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the 537,000-sf Park Central, which recently was purchased by Beacon Capital Strategic Partners L.P. for $81.6 million.
Prior to joining Mean-Knaus, Williams managed several prominent Denver buildings, including Qwest Tower and Tabor Center. She will be in charge of leasing, the budget, contract administration, tenant relations, construction management and other supervisory duties at Park Central.
"Means-Knaus has been consistently successful in the acquisition and management of properties in Texas, and I am confident we can successfully expand its geographic scope into the Colorado market," she says.
