SANDY, OR-The City opts to spread the payment of $30,000 in traffic impact and development fees over 10 years, and developer Elie Kassab says he will move forward on the project, planned near U.S. 26 at Industrial Way and Southeast 362nd Avenue.
Kassab, who was hoping to see the fees waived, nonetheless paid the fees in full last week. The project, being developed under Kassab's Vancouver, WA-based Prestige Development Co., is tentatively set to open for business next summer.
