The space is currently built out with a combination of offices and laboratories, according to John J. Garibaldi, principal of The Garibaldi Group, Chatham, NJ, which is the exclusive sublet agent. "It's ideal for pharmaceutical, research or medical users," according to Garibaldi.
"The sublet is a good, competitively-priced opportunity," adds associate vice president Michael F. Garibaldi. Corporate neighbors include Mercedes Benz, BMW, Xerox, KPMG and Merrill Lynch, he notes.
