Flynn and Adler also represented PacTrust, which has a 12-million-sf portfolio nationwide, in the lease of 75,444 sf at 300 N. Milwaukee Ave. to Northbrook, IL-based Allstate Insurance Co., which took the entire three-story speculative building.
