Ryder Logistics will operate the facility, which will serve as Whirlpool's national parts distribution center. Glavan Feher & Associates designed the building while Pepper Construction is providing construction management services.
Pizzuti built a 495,000-sf regional distribution center for Whirlpool in Dallas, a 406,800-sf regional distribution center in Clyde, OH and a 414,000-sf regional distribution center in Carlisle, PA. The company also did a 60,000-sf expansion project in Clyde.
Meanwhile, McComb Window & Door Co. leased a 24,000-sf industrial building at 7690 Zionsville Rd. from CalEast Industrial Investors, LLC. Trammell Crow Co. vice president Steve Horn and property manager Grant Runnerstrom represented CalEast. Tom Cooler of CB Richard Ellis represented McComb Window & Door Co.
