Fried, Frank Expands Space on Penn. Ave.

WASHINGTON, DC-The law firm has taken an additional 30,420 sf at 1001 Pennsylvania Ave. NW. Presently, the firm occupies 117,000 sf.

Julien J. Studley represented Fried, Frank in the transaction. Lincoln Square Corp owns the 750,000-sf building. American Council of Life Insurance currently occupies the space. ACLI will vacate the space in the first quarter of 2002, when it moves to offices at 101 Constitution Ave.
