George Fremder of Minnesota Life, the St. Paul-based life insurance company that is also one of the major landlords in Downtown St. Paul, will be vice chairman. Gary Lindstrom of Frauenshuh Cos., a Minneapolis-based developer that is a major property owner and developer in Downtown St. Paul; will be secretary/treasurer.
Damon Noga of Standard Parking, which manages several parking ramps in Downtown St. Paul, was added to the St. Paul BOMA board this year as well.
