Hammer Press Renews and Expands to 60,037 SF

PARSIPPANY, NJ-The 70-year-old printing concern extends its existing lease for another seven years, adds more than 10,000 sf to its occupancy.

Delaware Hudson Realty Group, based in Parsippany, is the exclusive leasing agent for 2 Cranberry Road, and arranged the transaction on behalf of the property owner, AVR Realty. The asset totals 203,000 sf of office and high-tech space.

Hammer Press was represented in the transaction by Curtis Foster and Fred Brunswick of the East Rutherford, NJ office of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey.
