Manekin Completes Two Buildings at Gateway Crossing

COLUMBIA, MD-The two, one-story buildings total 105,850 sf and are a part of a planned 270,000-sf development.

Adam Nachlas and George Santos will lease the property for Manekin. The developer said tenants of earlier phases of Gateway Crossing include Columbia National, Williams Telecommunications, First Union and Corvis. Overall, Manekin has developed over three million sf in Howard County, and has offices in Baltimore and Frederick, MD.
