"The primary objective for finding space for our client was the location and access to rail cargo service in order for Morton to serve it's customers with 'just in time' delivery," says Jones Lang LaSalle vice president of industrial services George Maragos.
Kohler, a leading manufacturer of power systems, was looking for space to store and distribute generators.
