McDonald currently is president of the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Past positions include chairman and CEO of Enron Global Assets, president and CEO of Amoco Energy Development Co., president of Tenneco Energy Services and various positions with Panhandle Trading Co., Panhandle Eastern Pipeline and Trunkline Gas. She also is a member of the advisory committee of the export-import Bank of the United States and was a founding member of the Mercosur Council. Additionally, she is an outside director for Granite Construction Co. in California and Eagle Global Logistics in Houston.

Trammell Crow's board chairman J. McDonald Williams says she "brings a perspective and set of business experiences that will be invaluable" as the firm builds out its international real estate goals. McDonald's term runs from Oct. 1 through the 2002 stockholders' annual meeting.
