To recognize Young's contributions to the company, he has been bestowed the honorary title of chairman emeritus.

Anderson steps into his new GLY shoes with a great deal of company familiarity -- having worked here for more than a quarter century. His most recent 11 years have seen him in the position of company president. In stepping up to his new capacity as chairman and CEO, GLY says Anderson will continue to lead client development efforts and coordinate the direction of corporate growth initiatives.

GLY was founded in 1967 by Harold Gall and Bob Landau. According to the company, more than 70% of its annual volume stems from former, multi-project clients. One of GLY's more recent projects was the construction of DeVry Institute's 20th national campus. The Federal Way education facility contains 99,059 sf, with a 137,892-sf parking garage.
