Competition Flooring is taking 11,520 sf of warehouse space at 1233 N. Post Oak Rd. Al Walker of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. ProLogis Trust's Art Barkley was the in-house representative on the deal for a portion of the 57,600-sf tilt-wall structure.
Metal Oxide Inc. has subleased 11, 400 sf of warehouse space at 8807 Emmott Rd. in a deal negotiated by a four-broker NAI team. Randy Wilhelm, Renee Martinez, Dan Boyles and John Ferruzo handled talks for the sublessor, Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems, Inc.
Also, Polymer Chemistry Innovations has purchased a 9,732-sf industrial facility on a little more than 15.2 acres in Liverpool, Brazoria County, TX, an area just south of Houston. Mike Boyd and Clay Peeples of Boyd Page represented the buyer. William D. Swanson of NAI Partners Commercial represented the seller, Wenglar-Erwin Inc.
