Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI also reported a 10% jump in sales and leasing transactions during the first half, attributable to an expansion of services offered by the 58 brokers.

BRE also recently announced that Chuck Klein, an investment specialist in the San Diego office, is its top producer year to date. Klein had completed $60 million in transactions, primarily investment properties, in the first six months of the year.

Rounding out the brokerage's top five producers is Rick Reeder, an office and investment specialist in the Carlsbad office; Dave Odmark, an office broker in San Diego; Barry Hendler, an industrial broker in Carlsbad and Tim Winslow of the brokerage's office division in San Diego.
