The company is a consolidator of overstocked goods, buying such products from retailers such as grocery stores and reselling them at its own store. The facility, located at 6255 Montgomery Road near Loop 1604, will serve as US Best's consolidation site. Trucks will bring overstocked goods to it, they will be inventoried and shipped out for sale. The single building includes 3,000 sf of office space.

The property sits on five acres, which gives it plenty of room for trucks coming and going. "The site really suits their needs," says Jim Pipkin, the broker in the Grubb & Ellis Co.'s San Antonio office who represented the building owner, C&S Joint Venture. "And they are looking at buying it." US Best has represented itself.
